Yeast die-off Symptoms

Here are some of the most common symptoms of die-off:
- itching
- fatigue
- nausea
- anxiety
- sinusitis
- diarrhea
- brain fog
- irritability
- headaches
- crankiness
- depression
- sore throat
- liver stress
- heart palpitations
- poor concentration
- muscle and joint pain
- tightness in the chest
- suicidal thoughts, feelings
- constipation, stool problems
- gas and/or other gastrointestinal distress
- cravings for sweets, carbohydrates, and alcohol
- feeling drunk, because the yeast produces alcohol

Die off may last a few hours to a few weeks or months, depending on the type of antifungals taken and whether they are synthetic or natural (work more gently). If too severe, cut back on your antifungal for awhile, or try another one.
Die-off can be reduced by taking lots of water, Vitamin C, deep breath and physical exercises, an enema, and/or taking a bentonite/psyllium mix.
